Michael's Riverside: Exceptional Steakhouse Experience in Lyndhurst

This is a delightful spot. The food was outstanding, and the service staff were kind, attentive, and prompt. Another underappreciated element: the bathrooms were neat and very clean. This place would have easily made my top 10 restaurants visited in 2025. As of January 2026, it has the #2 spot - only behind a renowned steakhouse in Atlanta. Keep up the great work!

I was a vendor there this past Sunday doing a photobooth for a holiday party. Mike the owner was very accommodating. Plenty of parking and easy load in and out for my equipment. Food was excellent as well. Highly recommend for your next event or a night out for dinner! 5

Great experience, food and service. I was there for my nieces baby shower. There were three families of people, a ton of decorations, center pieces and special tables set up for her day. They were extremely attentive and provided anything that we asked for. The space is big and open. They have another space on another side too which holds 60 people. The atmosphere was elegant.

I recently had my son and daughter’s birthday party here. Everything was excellent. The food, the service and the room were all top tier. The weather was calling for a blizzard, but Michael reassured me everything would be ok. We had a great party and everyone left with their stomachs full before the big storm hit. I had guests with gluten and dairy allergies and they were more than accommodating. I cannot recommend Michael’s riverside enough!

We brought a tour group to this restaurant and the food they provided was expansive and delicious! Multiple, well prepared main dishes including salmon, stuffed pork chops, tasty pasta, and more. The service was top drawer and very attentive. We were from Michigan and it was the best restaurant so far in the tour!

We just celebrated our 50 year class reunion at Michael’s. It was wonderful. Good food, great atmosphere and a wonderful wait staff. The bartender was excellent and the servers were all so nice and friendly. I would highly recommend for any type of party!

Michael's Riverside is one of our favorite restaurants. Their food is excellent. Everyone there is always welcoming and friendly. Weather you go there for dinner, grab takeout, order catering trays or have an event there, you can never go wrong! They do it all, perfectly! They are known for their penne vodka, but the chicken parmigiana & almond crusted fish are equally outstanding. I highly recommend that you check out Michael's Riverside.
